The Sustainability Festival 2026 brought the Bond community together for two days of connection, creativity, conversation and action.

From workshops and hands-on activities to exploring sustainability across our campus, the festival was a chance to share ideas, learn something new and discover the many ways we can contribute to a more sustainable future 🌏

This year's theme, Better Together, encompasses all the ways we show up together, exchange knowledge, and encourage practices of sustainable living that we may not have known before.

Bend and snap (with a legal recap)!

Bond Law's A Night in the Woods event transformed our Omhae Piazza into the ultimate pink paradise for last night's educational screening of an all-time classic Legally Blonde.

Before the movie rolled, our Executive Dean shared a few lessons with our future lawyers, inspired by lead character Elle Woods who proved that determination, authenticity and critical questioning never go out of style.

Then it was time to relax with friends and soak up a little legal inspiration under the stars. Thanks to our Law Students' Association for creating this epic event!

Today we will see them both swim the 50m freestyle and we will be cheering from afar!

Our Bond University MBA students recently travelled to Japan for an immersive study tour exploring global business, innovation, leadership and culture.

From OpenAI Japan, eBay Japan, Ajinomoto, Fast Retailing (UNIQLO), Yamaha Corporation and Yamaha Motor, students gained first-hand insight into technology, international expansion, innovation, R&D and global strategy, while connecting with Bond alumni and industry leaders along the way.

The tour also included cultural experiences, collaborative challenges and a workshop on leading global teams at BBT's Tokyo campus.

From the classroom to boardrooms across Japan, our students are developing the curiosity, adaptability and global perspective needed to lead in an interconnected world.

Bond Law students joined First Nations law students from across Southeast Queensland last week at the 2026 Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander Meet the Profession event at Banco Court, Brisbane.

They connected with legal practitioners, judicial officers, government lawyers and community leaders while gaining insight into the many pathways available within the legal profession.

The event highlighted the value of connection, professional identity and community. The relationships formed at this stage of a legal career often develop into enduring professional networks that support collaboration, knowledge sharing, career development, and collegiality over many years.

By fostering connections between students, universities, and the profession, these events contribute to a stronger and more diverse legal community while supporting the aspirations and achievements of First Nations law students and graduates.
