Book Week Parade!

What a morning at Ripley Central! Our Book Week Parade was full of creativity, imagination and plenty of EPIC costumes as our students and staff brought their favourite stories to life.

From much-loved characters to clever and creative costume ideas, our students certainly embraced this year’s Stories of Symphonies theme!

A huge thank you to our families and staff for helping make today such a memorable celebration of books, stories and the joy of reading.

Today, these boys are representing our school as our very first chess team! ♟️
They have been learning and training in preparation for today’s tournament, with some of them playing chess for the very first time when Chess Club began in Term 2.
There were plenty of nerves and excitement when they arrived this morning as they prepared for seven rounds of competitive chess!
We wish our team the very best of luck today!

Evacuation Drill

An announcement to our school community that our students and staff participated in an evacuation drill this morning. This was a planned drill, so please do not be concerned.

These drills are an important part of our school’s emergency preparedness, helping students and staff understand what to do and where to go should an emergency situation ever occur.

The drill was completed calmly and safely, with students following staff instructions throughout.

Thank you to our students and staff for their cooperation.
