Speaking of Learning is a Speech Pathology practice that takes a special interest in all aspects of learning including literacy, language aspects of numeracy, language disorders and any other speech related issues which impact on an individual’s ability to speak, learn, write and/or read. Louise Rowland, our Principal Speech Pathologist, and owner of the practice has been working in the field for
more than twenty-five years and provides the expertise and experience to manage several collaborative and consultative programs in local schools. This practice also provides both individual and group support for children who are on the Autism Spectrum. This support may include assistance with regular Speech Pathology services but also with social skills support which encourages children with ASD to understand their own and other people’s emotions and other important subtle social mores. As a registered National Disability Insurance provider, Speaking of Learning is able to provide services to NDIS funded clients.
