I love helping people and am using Facebook to communicate some coaching ideas and suggestions, so that you can help yourself. My initial area of focus is look at overwhelm, and some practical steps that can get you out of feeling overwhelmed. One point of difference in my approach is my use of visual methods to help clients make progress faster, by seeing situations & concepts more clearly... so I hope you like it!
