RNPS PFA is excited to host the 2026 Father’s Day Stall, the perfect chance for students to pick out a thoughtful little gift for Dad, Pa, or someone special!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Teachers will be bringing students to the stall during the school day
- It’s cash only
- ⁠Prices range from $2 to $10.
- ⁠Students BYO bag so they can bring home their gifts

WE NEED YOU - We need volunteers to help run the stall – if you can spare a little time, please sign up via the link on Compass or in our story! 😄👏🏻

Next week is Bullying No Way Week and RNPS is proud to take part in this initiative. It’s an opportunity for schools to foster a shared understanding of bullying behaviours and highlight strategies for their prevention. 

Bullying is everyone’s responsibility, and small acts can make a real difference. 

This year’s theme reminds us that actions don’t need to be big to change someone’s world. 
Small actions – like including someone, speaking up or showing kindness – can create meaningful change. 

At RNPS, our goal is to build an environment where everyone belongs, diversity is celebrated and bullying is never accepted. 

During Bullying No Way Week, we encourage students and their families to engage in small acts that can have a big impact against bullying. We will be posting a story each day with some words to reflect on in your discussions at home. Classroom activities to support this initiative will vary according to year level.

📣SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS NEEDED

Do you own a business, or do you have a connection with a local business that may be able to support our 2026 Family Festival?

Our Silent Auction is one of the highlights of the Festival, giving businesses the opportunity to showcase their products and services to hundreds of local families and community members while supporting a fantastic cause.

We’re seeking donations valued at $100 or more, which could include:

🎁 Gift vouchers

🛍️ Products or merchandise

✨ Experiences or professional services

🎪 Items that can be combined into a themed hamper

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us at our August Working Bee! 💚🌿

Despite the dreary weather, with the help of an amazing team of parents, students, and staff, we shifted and spread a mountain of mulch, planted new greenery and some flowers in garden beds 🌱, trimmed and tidied our outdoor spaces ✂️, and gave our school grounds a nice refresh. Shout-out to Kristie who generously donated the plants outside the Grade 3 portables and came fully prepared to get them planted. We hope our team of mulch movers aren’t too sore today! 🙈

It was fantastic to see parents and students from Prep to Grade 6 working alongside other families, with so much teamwork, laughter, and community spirit. 💙

Thank you for giving your time, energy, and enthusiasm. Your efforts have made a noticeable difference. Thank you to our PFA for supporting and promoting this important community event. Thank you to Lucy, PFA president, for organising getting the pizza ordered and here on time for the hungry helpers! 🍕

📚 Prep 2027 enrolments are closing soon!

Applications for children starting Prep in 2027 close on Friday 31 July.

Choosing the right school is an exciting milestone, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome your family to our school community.

At our school, every child is supported to grow academically, socially and emotionally through high-quality teaching, caring relationships and engaging learning experiences.

If your child is eligible to start Prep in 2027 and you haven’t submitted your application yet, now is the time.

Before we kick off Semester 2 of 2026, we’d like to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible contributions our community has made so far this year. 🙌🏼❤️
Led by our ever-energised PFA, who generously give their time, energy and enthusiasm to make so much happen, we’re already closing in on $16,000 raised for 2026! 🤯👏🏻
These funds will help make a real impact on the larger goals our community identified through the 2025 survey. Our Semester 2 PFA fundraising events, along with our upcoming Family Festival, will continue to build on this momentum and help bring our goals to life.
