On Thursday the 21st of May, we held our Dreamtime Expo at the G β€οΈππ€
The day was filled with deadly energy, inspiring guest speakers, plenty of laughs and unforgettable moments for all the young people involved.
A massive thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special, and to our amazing special guests β Michael Mitchell, designer of our 2026 Dreamtime guernsey, Becca Hatch, Megzy Waters, Michael McLean, Uncle Collins, Aunty Pam, Jackson Peters, Rhyan Mansell and Maurice Rioli β for sharing your stories, knowledge and culture with us.
Huge shoutout to the 300 students who attended and all the staff who helped bring this incredible day together.
So proud to see our young leaders learning, connecting, growing and having an absolute blast β€οΈππ€

Day 4 π€ Our final day of the Year 11 & 12 REAL Program and our last day together. We wrapped up with our closing ceremony, where the Young Deadly Leaders shared their experiences and reflected on the questions we set at the beginning of our journey. So special to have all the parents and Richmond staff there supporting and celebrating them every step of the way β¨

From the AFLW side, we had Rebecca Miller and Libby Graham, and from the menβs program, Maurice Rioli and Rhyan Mansell.

Aswell Mandy & Emily from NIB come through and yarn with our young mob about wellbeing and healthy habits π¬β¨

On the 13th of April we kicked off our Year 11 and 12 REAL program with the arrival of our deadly young mob ππΎ
We got straight into our values rope, where everyone shared and wrote down their mob, the values they stand by, and the people they carry with them wherever they go. Strong starts and connections π€πβ€οΈ

The REAL Year 11 & 12 Camp is back for 2026!
This four-day experience brings Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people together to strengthen culture, build leadership and yarn about what comes next after school.
Across the camp, young mob will spend time with Elders, mentors and leaders, build confidence, explore pathways and think about the kind of leader they want to be in community, culture and life.

Yesterday we had our AFL NINES carnival hosted at CMC in Bendigo, on Dja Dja Wurrung and Taungurung Country. It was a wonderful day held in partnership with the AFL and AG Coombs . Congratulations to everyone who competed β our winners were St Josephβs! Thank you to everyone who participated; you all did so wonderfully and are so deadly π€πβ€οΈ
