We have over 20 years experience of making and repairing all types of false tails, as well as mane extensions, false plaits and forelocks. All products in our range are Australian made, using high quality horse hair. False tails and mane pieces can be to made to order - simply provide a hair sam
ple or picture of your horse's mane or tail! Or alternatively, you can buy off the rack from our pre-made and ready-to-go stock, as seen here on our page. Refund And Exchange Policy Return and Refunds are available on purchased tails only 7 days after the tail is received. It must be unused / unaltered/ undamaged. Communication is required before returning the tail. postage must be registered or express and the barcode must be sent through before posting back. Refund is only for the cost of the tail not the postage. If paying via Paypal be aware there will be fees with paypal on the refund to the buyer and I will only refund the same way the buyer has paid. If a tail is sent back with out communication or not sent via express or registered post or gets lost I do not accept responsibility on the lost tail in the post. I would suggest to take out insurance with Australia Post before sending back.
