Here I have acreditation from the Philippine National Police and the China National Police where I was sworn in as an Authorised Officer in both of these countries, after doing many Law Enforcement Seminars for Officers in these countries!

Well done to the real dedicated crew who trained with me at the Park last night, we started with a 1.5km warm up jog, then we've all moved onto the outdoor Gym area where we train, and everyone then completed doind 1600 resistance exercise repetitions on the different stations, then we finished off with the 4x3 minute rounds of shadow boxing, and it was a great workout, well done Anthony, Cory, Giovanni, Jonathan, Rodel, Cody, Julie, Laura, and yours truly, this was a real great session Guys, because you all had pushed yourselves real hard in the absolute warrior ways of the tough training to achieve your total best results, Good-Better-Best we never let it rest, until our good become a bit more better, then we push even harder to make our better to then become our BEST, well done crew!

If there are 24 hours in a day, surely you can find an hour for exercise, it can be a nice walk, lite jog, bowling, dancing, Gym, anything to give you a life sweat, this is beneficial for a healthy long life, what are you now waiting for, just go for it to get fit!

I train my students exactly how I was trained in Asia with hardcore training, not in a Gym, but out on a Park, and we train in all kinds of weather conditions, hot, cold, rain, windy, storm, it does not matter, we still train, and the weather conditions make us more resilient to cold, wet, heat, and wind, we train no matter what the weather is like, and we love it too, not for the faint hearted, but it is for the real martial artists both male and female students, all welcome to come and try my classes, as we train on Milner Road in Richmond, on a little Park rite next to the West Adelaide Football Club, under the little little shed there on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, and we do Filipino Stick Fighting Training, and we do a Boxer-Workout Class from 6.30pm to 7.30pm both nights!
We also train our Kid's Karate Sessions on Monday and Wednesday from 4.30pm to 5.30pm, and I make the kids train hard as well, it's a really positive environment, nothing fancy at all, but hard training "Get Tuff or Get Stuff!"
