Every time you pay your fees, you also invest in the future of Musubi Dojo. If we do our job right, that money is used to keep equipment in good nick, pay our coaches, pay our cleaners, and keep things running smoothly.

I think we've hit the mark so far. In fact, our fees have barely changed throughout the years, even though the cost of living has increased substantially for everyone. Instead, we have consistently poured our resources back into the facility. Over time, we've been incredibly proud to add:

As Eltham Wellness Centre continues to develop, I’m happy to introduce Krishna, the fourth therapist joining our team. She is hosting an intimate 90-minute Cacao and Sound Immersion on May 2nd.

Great way to zen out on a Saturday evening, listening to beautiful sounds, on a comfortable bed with a blanket and cup of cacao in your hand. 🌿

Most people start Martial Arts to learn a style, build muscle, or lose fat. But I’m proposing a shift in perspective.

Look at this as your time to destress, tune in, and talk about personal challenges. Life is just easier when you move. When we stay stagnant, our problems start to look like mountains.

Naturally, you’ll get the energy and the confidence, but the real goal is to be part of something bigger. Humans aren’t meant to be alone. We’re here to give our kids good role models and to make sure none of us are drifting in isolation.

I’ll be honest: when I first got together with Kiley six years ago, she wouldn't stop talking about the "Musubi community." Having worked in several gyms back in the day, I rolled my eyes. I thought it was just another buzzword used to sell a service.

Six years later, I’m standing corrected. What Kiley has built here is beautiful, and it’s something to be cherished.

Don’t see our classes just as a way to train—see them as a way to belong.
