Our self-defence classes are coming up!
Before your class (9th OCT 5:30pm and 16th OCT 6:00pm) have this form completed:

Some other need to knows prior to your lesson!
All you will need is a water bottle, standard exercise clothing (please avoid zippers on clothing), wear thongs or easy to remove shoes (No shoes on the mats!)

Google maps will take you to the door and parking is on Fifteenth street (Across from Growers Services)

And to top it all off we took home 1st place out of 19 other teams! 🏆
