📚🎶 BOOK WEEK 2026 – SYMPHONY OF STORIES! 🎶📚

Book Week is almost here at Regents Park Public School, and we are so excited for a week filled with books, stories, imagination and plenty of fun! ✨📖

📚 BOOK FAIR
Our Book Fair will be open all week for students! Each class will have the opportunity to visit, and the Book Fair will also be open during First Break each day.

💰 Please note: The Book Fair is CASH ONLY.

🎭 CHARACTER PARADE – FRIDAY 28TH AUGUST
Parents and carers are warmly invited to join us for our Character Parade in the school hall from 9.30am. We can't wait to see all the wonderful characters our students come dressed as! 🌟

📚 Following the Character Parade, the library will be open for parents and carers to visit.

It's going to be a fantastic week celebrating our love of reading and the magic of stories! ❤️📚

Our students have been working incredibly hard with their teachers preparing their performances, and we can't wait to showcase their many talents! 👏🎶💃

🎟️ Tickets are $5 each and will be available for purchase through School Bytes from this afternoon. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis, so make sure you don't miss out!

A huge congratulations to Owen from Kindergarten Meerkats on receiving the Principal's Award at this afternoon's assembly! 👏🏆

The Principal’s Award is one of the most prestigious awards presented at Regents Park Public School. It recognises students who consistently demonstrate kindness, helpfulness and consideration towards others, while being positive and respectful members of our school community.

Owen is a wonderful example of a kind and helpful school citizen, always showing care for others, offering assistance when needed and contributing positively to the classroom and wider school environment. Receiving this award is a significant achievement and reflects the positive values and behaviours Owen demonstrates each day.

Owen should be incredibly proud of this accomplishment.

On Monday, our Support Unit students had an amazing time at the Tenpin Bowling Competition for students with disabilities! 🌟

Our students gave it their absolute best, enjoyed some friendly competition, cheered each other on and, most importantly, had LOTS of fun! 🎳👏

We are so proud of the way our students supported and encouraged one another throughout the day. Your enthusiasm, determination and sportsmanship were fantastic to see! 🥰🙌
