We're thrilled to have both of you officially join the RTKD Bayside family.

Chris is showing everyone that Rhee Taekwon-Do isn't just for kids. Too often parents sit on the sidelines watching their children train, but Chris has stepped onto the mats and decided to be part of the action himself.

If you've ever thought about giving Rhee Taekwon-Do a try, take Chris's lead—it's never too late to start. It's a fantastic way to improve fitness, confidence, coordination, and even share the journey alongside your kids.

RTKD Bayside welcomed a new trial member tonight – Ivy-Grace.

We hope you enjoyed your first class and had plenty of fun learning some Rhee Taekwon-Do. It was great to have you training with us, and we look forward to seeing you back on the mats soon as you continue your martial arts journey. Rhee Taekwon-Do helps develop confidence, fitness, self-discipline, and respect in a supportive environment.

🥋 An Extremely Proud Moment for RTKD Bayside! 🥋

Today, I am extremely proud of our very own BuSabum Willem.

At Action Day, Willem was called upon to undertake his 1st Dan Black Belt grading. Without hesitation, he stepped forward, embraced the challenge, and demonstrated the skill, determination, and indomitable spirit that have defined his Rhee Taekwon-Do journey.

Earning a Black Belt is not simply about mastering techniques—it is the result of years of hard work, perseverance, dedication, and personal growth. Willem's commitment to his training, his willingness to help others, and his leadership within our club have made this achievement thoroughly deserved.

Watching him rise to the occasion today was a privilege, and I could not be prouder of what he has accomplished.

Please join me in congratulating BuSabum Willem on achieving his 1st Dan Black Belt. This is a significant milestone and the beginning of an exciting new chapter in his Rhee Taekwon-Do journey.

Great to have you with us!

Joshua jumped straight in, gave everything a go, and brought a great attitude to the mats.

This is what our trial is all about — giving people the chance to experience training in a supportive, no-pressure environment. You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to learn and have a go.

We see it all the time — people of all ages stepping onto the mats for the first time, building confidence, improving fitness, and learning new skills at their own pace.
