πŸ₯› Breakfast Club needs your help! πŸ’™

We’re running a little low on Milo and would love any donations from our school community to help keep the kids stocked up! If you have an unopened tin you can spare, we’d really appreciate it. πŸ₯°

We’re also looking for volunteers for Monday mornings to help out at Breakfast Club 🫢🏼

If you can donate Milo or volunteer on a Monday, please send us a message. Thank you! πŸ’™

🌟 Year 1 & 2 STEM Day of Excellence! 🌟
What an incredible day of curiosity, creativity, collaboration and fun our Year 1 and 2 students had at our STEM Day of Excellence!
Year 2 Challenge: Students were challenged to design and build a house using sticks, paper or straws that could withstand the force of wind. They had to think carefully about their materials, structure and design before testing their creations!
Year 1 Challenge: Students took on the challenge of building the tallest tower possible that could hold the weight of a book. They experimented with different designs, shapes and structures as they worked to make their towers tall and strong.
Throughout the day, students worked collaboratively, shared ideas, tested their designs and made changes along the way. Most importantly, they learned that our ideas don't always work out the way we planβ€”and that's okay! Making mistakes, trying again and improving our designs are all part of being a STEM learner. πŸ’‘
It was wonderful to see our young scientists, engineers, mathematicians and designers thinking, creating, testing and persevering. We are so proud of the way our students embraced the challenges and supported one another! πŸ”¬πŸ§ πŸ’‘πŸ‘
