YEAR 7 GEOGRAPHY WALKING TOUR

Our Year 7 Geography students stepped outside the classroom to explore the local area and collect valuable data for their upcoming assessment.

A big thank you to our senior Geography students, who helped run the activity stations and supported the Year 7s throughout the day.

Symphonic Wind Band at the Ekka

Our Symphonic Wind Band made history at this year’s Ekka, performing in a marching band configuration for the very first time!

The students embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, energy and plenty of musicality. They also enjoyed some of the Ekka festivities and made the most of a fantastic day out.

We’re incredibly proud of how they represented our school. Well done, Symphonic Wind Band!

Dance Performance Team Debut!

Our Dance Performance Team made their debut at Dance Ed in the Spotlight last week!

Students participated in a range of workshops led by dance industry professionals before taking to the stage to perform their jazz routine at the evening showcase.

Our students delivered an outstanding performance and set a high standard for the Redcliffe State High School Dance Program. We are incredibly proud of them!

Across Tuesday and Wednesday, all IM Music students took part in two days of workshops, rehearsals and musical collaboration as we gear up for our Gala Night on Saturday 29 August.
Our students worked incredibly hard, and the results are already showing — our ensembles are sounding fantastic! 👏
