🦷✨ Happy Smiles with Dental2you ✨🦷

We were so excited to welcome the wonderful team from Dental2You back to our centre for our six-monthly dental visit! 🪥💙

It was fantastic to see how confident and comfortable our children were throughout their visits. From opening wide and showing off their beautiful smiles, to listening carefully and learning about how to look after their teeth, the children did an AMAZING job! 🌟👏

These regular visits are such a wonderful opportunity for our children to become familiar with dental check-ups in a relaxed and positive environment, helping to build healthy habits and confidence from an early age. 🦷🌈

A huge thank you to the Dental2You team for making the experience fun, friendly and engaging for our children! 💕

Educators Day 2026. A staff room make over, to create a place where our educators can relax, reset and unwind. We spent the day eating yummy food, listening to the rain drops, applying eye masks, and tomorrow we treat the team to massages. Just a little something to show our team just how much we appreciate them. We hope our educators enjoyed their special day.

Every child deserves the chance to feel safe, supported, and confident in their future, but for many children in foster care, that is far from reality.

Frequent moves between homes and schools can disrupt their learning, relationships, and sense of stability. Without the right support, these challenges can have lasting effects on their education, wellbeing, and future opportunities.

That is why we are taking part in National Pyjama Day. Our's will run for the entire week, from Monday 20th - Friday 24th July. Wear your pyjama's for one day or all 5, it's up to you 😀

By wearing our PJs and raising funds, we are helping The Pyjama Foundation give children in foster care something truly life changing: a dedicated Pyjama Angel mentor.

Your donation will help recruit, screen, train, and match a “Pyjama Angel” with a child who needs them most. These volunteer mentors do more than read books or help with homework. They build trust, confidence, and a love of learning that can change the course of a child’s life.

Together, we can help children in foster care dream bigger and believe in themselves.

🐹🌱 Meet Our Newest Little Changemakers! 🌱🐹

We are so excited to introduce the newest members of our centre community – two adorable baby guinea pigs! 💚

Our furry friends have joined us as part of the Changemaker Program run by Dragon Fields Farm. This wonderful initiative helps children connect with animals, nature, and the environment while learning about the importance of sustainable practices.

Throughout the year, we will be partnering with Dragon Fields Farm to increase awareness and engagement in sustainability across our centre. The guinea pigs will provide children with hands-on opportunities to develop empathy, responsibility, and respect for living things, while also exploring concepts such as caring for animals, reducing waste, composting, and environmental stewardship.

We can't wait to watch the special bonds that form between the children and our new furry friends, and to share our sustainability journey with you all! 🐹🌿

🦷 Supporting Healthy Smiles & Children's Wellbeing 🦷

At our centre, we are committed to supporting every aspect of children's health, wellbeing, and development. As part of this ongoing commitment, we are proud to partner with Dental2you to provide convenient dental visits right here at the centre every six months.

Regular dental check-ups play an important role in maintaining healthy teeth and gums, helping to identify any concerns early and promoting positive oral health habits from a young age.

By bringing dental services directly to the centre, we aim to make preventative dental care more accessible for families while helping children feel comfortable and confident during their visits.

Monday the 4th of May marked International Firefighters’ Day, and what better way to say thank you than by inviting our local heroes into our centre to show our appreciation in person. 🚒

Our children had such a wonderful time meeting the firefighters, learning about their important role in keeping our community safe, and exploring the fire truck up close. It was a meaningful experience that helped build respect, awareness, and a sense of community.

A big thank you to our incredible firefighters for taking the time to visit us — we are so grateful for everything you do, today and every day. Special thanks to Michael, Adam, JJ and Isaac from Camira Station. ❤️🔥
