SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS!

It’s almost that time again where the kiddos are out for spring break and you need to get them out of the house!!

Come join me in week 2 for some FREE outdoor fitness and dance classes thanks to the Ipswich City Council and their amazing Active and Healthy Program!!

Bookings for classes open 2 weeks in advance so get in quick so you don’t miss out!!

Something exciting is coming to Springfield Central!

Have you been wanting to get moving again but aren’t sure where to start?

Whether you’re a beginner, returning to exercise after injury, looking for a gentler workout, a senior wanting to stay active, or simply after a fun and welcoming fitness class, Zumba Gold is for you.

Join us at YMCA Springfield Central for our brand new Zumba Gold class—a low-impact, easy-to-follow 60-minute dance fitness session designed to get you moving, improve your fitness, balance and coordination, and leave you feeling energised.

Mondays at 11:00am
Starting 13th July
YMCA Springfield Central

Best of all, this class is completely FREE, thanks to the Ipswich City Council Active & Healthy Program.

No dance experience is needed, and you don’t need to be fit to get started. Just come along, have fun, meet some wonderful people, and discover how enjoyable exercise can be.
