Hey guys Matty here.

Sorry for the delay with videos, i haven't forgotten or giving up.
Been dealing with my s**t mental health again. Not sure about some of you guys but when you're in a low place something always kicks you lower. For me this time is our bathroom had a leak so we and in the middle of a reno.

Once this is done i will do another video and continue my story and to beat the stigma with men's mental health
