Last night, our Boys Drumline took to the stage at ‘A Night of Percussion’, proudly representing Irrawang High School! 🥁 The boys delivered a brilliant performance and did an incredible job showcasing their talent, energy and hard work.

Tonight, our talented Boys Drumline have the exciting opportunity to represent Irrawang High School at ‘A Night of Percussion’ at the Newcastle Conservatorium! 🌟

Joining them is our very own Year 12 student, Liam B, who will take to the stage as a Marimba soloist.

We wish all of our performers the very best for an incredible night of music and performance.

Congratulations to Emillee H in Year 10 for winning the"Port Stephens in Print" Photography competition hosted by Lion Studios.

Emilee entered 3 photographs, titled
" Honeysucker", "Silhouette " and "Fragility" and took out 1st prize for " Honeysucker" and highly commended for "Fragility". "Honeysucker" was a close up of a western honey bee and was taken on the Year 10 photo hiking activity. A huge achievement from a very talented photographer. Well Done!

Last night at Showcase, our incredible 2026 CAPA Ambassador, HOLLY O, handed over the prestigious leadership position. This position will see Aiden as the face and voice of CAPA, and as a leader within the Irrawang High School community. His unwavering commitment, genuine encouragement of others, and respected voice make him an exceptional choice for this role.

And we did it! 🏆🥁
Our Senior Drum Corps, Senior Dance Ensemble and Hoop Ensemble have once again been crowned Australian Champions, taking home our 4th National Title for Best Drums with Colour Guard.

We are incredibly proud of every student who has dedicated countless hours to rehearsals, demonstrated exceptional teamwork, and represented Irrawang High School with such professionalism and pride. 🌟🌟🌟
