The children have been learning all about Anzac day, today we finished off the week by doing a march through the centre and laid some flowers whilst listening to the last post. After we paid our respects and had a moment of silence we enjoyed some freshly baked anzacs.

A huge thankyou to Ruth from Tableland Snake Catchers who attended to our unwanted visitor last week and followed up today with a snake safety presentation! The children had a great time learning about snakes and what to do when they spot one.

Today we were lucky enough to have a visit from bravehearts with their ditto safety show. The children had so much fun singing and dancing with ditto whilst learning about feeling safe.

Term 1 week 1- A big welcome to our new families. This week the children have been learning all about Australian animals. We have particularly enjoyed re-enacting the "Wombat Stew" story.
