🎊 happy birthday to me🎊
🫶🏼I did not have to work out today. I was lucky enough that I could.
🫶🏼I did not have to see my kids before school. I was so very lucky enough that I could.
🫶🏼I did not have to get my steps and my protein in. I was lucky enough that I could.
🫶🏼I did not have to be alcohol free to celebrate my birthday last night. I was lucky enough to choose not to.
🎈50 was good, but 51 is going to be even better🎈
I’m flicking the switch on how I think about life. To remember how lucky I am to be happy, to be healthy, to have my amazing kids, my wonderful friendships and a community that supports me like a warm hug on a cold day

2 AFL games today for Cara,
(Jamie played 2 football games yesterday ⚽️)
Breakfast 😋 between games
Dinner , sooo good and were amazing for Cara being celiac and we got the most adorable balloon creations 🎈

Sometimes turning up is enough 💖
Often, especially at this time of year, we set all our goals and intentions and it’s too much.
We “succeed “ and then we “fail”. But what decides what is successful and what is failure?
We can look at one missed workout, one meal, one low step count day as “what the point “!
Well the point is, turning up, giving what % of yourself you can. Because habit stacking is what creates a healthy, happy, fulfilled life. Not ticking a box ✅
