We are at the Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council Multicultural Festival today. Come and watch our demonstration at 12-12:30 pm. We will be showcasing techniques performed by students from our kids class all the way through to Black belts.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Classes resume Tues 13 Jan 2026.

We hope you have all had a nice break, and the body is rested and recovered. We have a big year ahead, and are looking forward to seeing you all on the mat.

Stay hydrated in this heat, and if you are still carrying a little extra of the holiday cheer, we will make sure to work it all out when training commences.
Remember you can do your Taiso and Ukemi to get your body back ready for training.

After a good year or training and progress, it is time to rest up.
