Congratulations to our students who were involved in Monday night's Blacktown Festival of Performing Arts! We recognised our Stage 3 Choir, Drumming and K-2 Dance students this morning. Bravo!

This Thursday we start our Story Time Sessions for our Kindergarten 2027 students. Mrs McEwen will be reading 'Possum Goes to School'. We look forward to seeing you there! ✨📖

🎉 Congratulations to our amazing K-2 Dance Group and their wonderful coaches Miss Mahon and Mrs Rodgers, as well as our fantastic Drumming Group and their coach Mr Duraisamy, for their stellar performances last night at the Blacktown Festival of Performing Arts! 🌟

How amazing were our students in the massed choir so proud of all of you. Amazingly talented students. 🌟🌟

Our talented teachers Mrs Dauth and Miss Beehag continue to make the night special by conducting the mass choir. So fortunate to have them working with our students everyday. 🌟

A huge shoutout to the incredible Mrs McEwen for running this fantastic festival, alongside a dedicated team of volunteers from our school and other local public schools. Without their generous commitment of time and effort, this event simply wouldn't be possible.

This festival truly showcased the talent and spirit of our Public Schools, celebrating the creativity and excellence they inspire every day.

This week we welcomed Warren Kirby MP to our assembly to acknowledge the outstanding contributions and dedication of Maureen to our school community. As a committed long standing P&C volunteer and proud member of our Hambledon community, her positive impact is truly immeasurable.

I wish to acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding contributions of Maureen, our dedicated Uniform Coordinator and proud grandmother, as well as a committed P&C volunteer. Maureen’s tireless efforts ensure that every family within our school community has access to affordable, quality uniforms, removing barriers and fostering inclusivity.

Her unwavering drive and passion not only support our students’ practical needs but also strengthen the vital connection between parents and the school. Maureen’s dedication goes beyond mere coordination; she embodies the spirit of community, making our school a welcoming and supportive environment where students are empowered to learn and grow.

Her contribution is a testament to the power of volunteerism in enriching our school culture and enhancing educational experiences. For her invaluable service and commitment to the wellbeing of our students and families, I warmly commend Maureen for making our school truly a place of learning, growth, and community.

What a great day out at the NSW Netball Cup for our four Hambledon Teams. We had sunshine, we had rain and we had lots of fun. Thank you to Miss Ting, Miss McKibbins and Miss Saric for taking our students.

Congratulations to all of our finalists who competed in the Hambledon Public Speaking Finals. All students were outstanding in presenting their speeches. Congratulations to our winners!. The winners from the Stage 1 competition will go on to represent Hambledon at the Hills Public Speaking Competition later this term.
