HEY LADIES!! Golden Buddha is running women's fitness and self defence sessions at 7 pm Thursday, and 10.30 Saturday mornings; COME ON DOWN!!

A big thankyou to Jawad for opening the school today while I was busy...he shall be rewarded with hard training!
The word is out, boys and girls...do the Navy SEAL workout, and yes, pain will become your friend, but the results come pretty fast, too! :-)
Hear ye, hear ye, if you're a member and are unemployed, we're looking at doing some traineeships to get people able to run basic classes, especially for our planned community sessions...if you are interested, contact Sifu Rob
