Winter revealed itself as we started our assembly today! It was the first of June and attendance was high and we pushed through the cold. Nine people received principal awards and students were encouraged to work towards their own Rory awards. 5 Curious won the best attendance, go Stage 3!!
Our flags are currently broken but students continued to sing the National Anthem with pride. We all warmed up as we walked respectfully to class to enjoy another fun day of school.

Today, our students participated in the Premier’s Debating Challenge against Cartwright Public School for our first debate of the competition. It was a fantastic experience, and our students learnt a great deal from the opportunity. We are very much looking forward to the next debate.
We love gardening in Prestons Patch at lunchtime, but it’s even better with Michael Jackson playing in the background.
