Great for Map4Life to be part of the presentation of certificates of achievement to students in the GeoSkills program by the Hon James Merlino, Deputy Premier and Minister for Education in Victorian at the recent GTAV Founders day in Melbourne. Congrats to all the students and we look forward to a bigger and better program next year.

Map4Life congratulates Roy Davie who has been accepted by RMIT to do his Masters of Applied Science (Geospatial Information) starting in 2015. Roy was one of the attendees at the inaugural Map4Life event in June 2014 and has taken the opportunity via industry experience to learn more about GIS and spatial information. Roy's Bachelor of Computing (Computer Science) and background in IT provided the necessary requirements for masters degree

The first Map4life event was a great success yesterday! Thank you to everyone who attended and supported us.

“Thank you for attending the first Map4Life event in Melbourne yesterday. It was great to meet everyone and we trust that the information presented was useful to you in seeing if a career in “all things mapping” could be for you. The possibility of you all collaborating on a project is fantastic.
