This week, we celebrate our wonderful Teacher Aides and the incredible difference they make every day. Thank you for your kindness, patience, care and dedication to our students, staff and wider school community.

📚✨ BOOK WEEK PARADE 2026! ✨📚

What a wonderful celebration of books, reading and imagination at Prenzlau State School! 💙📖

Our students (and teachers!) had so much fun dressing up as their favourite book characters and bringing our favourite stories to life. From superheroes and magical characters to much-loved storybook friends, our parade was filled with creativity, colour and plenty of smiles! 🌈🦸‍♀️🧙‍♂️🐻

A huge thank you to our wonderful families for helping our students create such fantastic costumes and for encouraging a love of reading at home. ❤️

We loved seeing everyone’s creativity and, most importantly, celebrating the joy that books and stories bring to our school community.

Today we want to give a very special thank you to Amelia for the incredible work she does to support our students, staff and families at Prenzlau State School. 💙

Amelia brings such warmth, knowledge and care to everything she does. Her expertise, guidance and genuine commitment to our students help us to better understand their communication needs and ensure they feel heard, supported and included. 🗣️💬

We are so grateful for the way Amelia works alongside our staff, shares her knowledge, supports families and always keeps the needs of our students at the heart of what she does.

🎈🌈 What a Wonderful Under 8’s Day! 🌈🎈

What a fantastic morning we shared celebrating Under 8’s Day at Prenzlau State School! Our youngest learners enjoyed a morning filled with fun, creativity, exploration and hands-on learning experiences designed to inspire curiosity and imagination.

A huge thank you to our wonderful staff and families who helped make the morning such a success. A big thankyou to the amazing local community groups who provided our students with fun activities. Your support, enthusiasm and willingness to join in made the day extra special for our children.

From creating and building, to discovering, playing and laughing together, it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying every activity. Days like today remind us just how important play, curiosity and connection are in helping children grow as confident learners.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We loved sharing this special morning with you! 💚💙
