Where it all begins!

Our Mat Room is the starting point of so many Pilates journeys, and this beautiful, sun-drenched space has been thoughtfully planned with plenty of room for students to learn, move, practise and grow.

We’re so excited to have MoveActive as part of our new space, with their stunning range of professional-quality Pilates mats and props helping bring our vision for this new training space to life.

There’s something pretty special about bringing together two brands that share a love for Pilates, quality and the community behind it. We’re so excited to have MoveActive as part of this next chapter and can’t wait to see all the Pilates careers that will begin in this room.

The Reformer Room

Our light-filled Reformer Room has been purpose-built for Pilates education - a dedicated space for our students to learn, practise and grow their confidence.

We’re proud to have Resista Pilates | Home & Studio Reformer Equipment reformers in our studio, giving students the opportunity to experience professional Pilates equipment from the start, while developing the technique, control and confidence they’ll carry with them into their careers.

Introducing our brand new Unite training studio in Melbourne!

After 14 years of educating Pilates professionals, we’re so excited to open the doors to our new training studio in South Yarra, bringing our Matwork & Reformer training spaces together under one roof for the first time.

Designed specifically for Pilates education, the new studio gives our students a dedicated space to learn, practise, ask questions and build confidence throughout their certification journey.

This is a pretty special milestone for us at Unite. As Pilates continues to grow and evolve, so do we, and continuing to invest in how we educate, support and connect with the next generation of Pilates professionals has always been a priority for us.

And today, we get to welcome our very first students through the doors! Here’s to a brand new chapter for Unite, and to all the Pilates journeys that will begin here.

Stay tuned for behind the scenes content and a more in-depth look into the space over the coming weeks.

What is Clinical Pilates?

Still grounded in the principles of Pilates, Clinical Pilates takes a more individualised approach, using movement, resistance and specialised equipment to support specific goals, rehabilitation and physical needs.

Equipment such as the Cadillac, Reformer, Split Pedal Chair and Arc Barrel gives allied health professionals greater versatility to modify, progress and tailor exercises to each individual.

It’s about understanding why you’re choosing a movement, how you can adapt it, and how you can help someone progress with confidence.
