This full day of learning is open to coaches of all levels and all gymsports, with practical sessions designed to help you build confidence, spark new ideas and bring fresh energy back to your classes.

Across the day, you will explore:

⭐ Play-based gymnastics and fundamental movement
⭐ Individualising your coaching in rec classes
⭐ Raising the Standard in Recreational Gymnastics Coaching

Learn from passionate presenters Lucy Fyfield, Paula Jarvinen, Melissa Hughes and Shae Christian, and connect with coaches from across the community.
