Clay Without Borders Inc was born out of a desire to connect like-minded people who love working with clay and promote local artisans in the Tweed Valley region and surrounds. Become a member of Clay Without Borders and:

The Border Clay Trail 2026 registrations are open.

The trail is open to all artists who work with clay. As part of the trail artists can exhibit and offer their work for sale, open their studio to the public and offer workshops and demonstrations.

There is no restriction to an artist participating who resides outside of the Tweed Shire Council area but the locations included on the trail will be restricted to the Tweed Shire Council area.

You can participate without being a member of Clay Without Borders Inc, but becoming a member does give you additional benefits.

Thank you for everyone who attended the 2025 Border Clay Trail.

Thank you for everyone who supported local makers by purchasing some of their work.

Thank you for anyone who attended or participated in one of the workshops or demonstrations held at one of the clay trail locations.

The level of support and enthusiasm shown by all the visitors to the clay trail makes all the hard work worth it.

We all appreciate your feedback on our pieces.

It is always rewarding to be able to take the time to talk to people about ceramics, explain our work, hear about your ceramic stories and share common experiences.

Clay Without Borders has a goal of connecting like-minded people who love working with clay with those people who have a love and appreciation for ceramics.
