HRD are now conducting VOCs in the upper and Mid North and West Coast of SA.
If you or your staff need a current VOC on any piece of equipment so you can get a government job or contract contact us we are happy to help and we will come to you so you can use your own equipment that you are used to our assessor has over 25 yeras experience in this role. We are able to offer 1 day courses for earthmoving equipment for
Experienced Operators (1 day)
We are now taking bookings for Port Pirie , Port Augusta, Riverland Jamestown/Peterborough, Roxby Downs, Copper Coast,Coober Pedy and surrounding areas.
Course Objective
To assess the participants on their skills and knowledge to conduct earthmoving equipment operations for a range of material handling tasks, the fitting, use and removal of attachments and
operator maintenance activities.
Course Content
Conduct routine checks
Plan work
Check controls and equipment
Shift loads
Shut down equipment
Secure site
Learner Requirements
Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English
Basic mathematical skills
Students must be 18 years of age to undertake assessment.
All Learners must complete a “Record of Training” form detailing previous operational
experience.
All Learners must complete a practical “ Operational Test” prior to the practical assessment.
(Unsuccessful candidates will be advised and enrolled into the 3 day Training and Assessment
Course) Course Outcome
On successful completion students will be issued :
HRD Competency Card

These 1 day courses are designed for participants with prior skills and experience operating the relevant machinery. The participants are required to complete an experience declaration prior to attending these courses.

Its been a while since we posted anything on here but here's a bit of a catch up training and more training all over the state, If you have any training needs anywhere in SA don't hesitate to call us we travel, Forklift , Boom Type EWP , EWP under 11 metres, Loader Backhoe Excavator , Skid Steer Loader, Confined Space , Safe Work at Heights. etc .
