✨ Sharing growth makes it even more meaningful
I’ve just arrived in Basel for a very special meditation training with Joe Dispenza, and this experience already feels meaningful in so many ways.
His work explores the connection between our thoughts, emotions, habits, and our capacity to create meaningful change. Through meditation and intentional practices, his approach encourages us to become aware of the patterns we repeat and to explore what becomes possible when we consciously create new ones.
As a coach, this deeply connects with my work. So much of what I do is about helping people develop greater self-awareness, recognize what may be holding them back, and create lasting change—not only by understanding things intellectually, but by experiencing transformation from within.
I’m here to learn, experience, challenge myself, and discover new knowledge and practices that I can bring into my coaching. I strongly believe that if we want to support others in their growth, we must remain committed to our own.
But what makes this experience particularly special is who I get to share it with. ❤️
I’m here with my mother and a very special coaching client who travelled all the way from Australia to attend this training.
I remember the many conversations we had about experiences like this—the trainings we wanted to attend, the things we wanted to explore, and how powerful it could be to experience this kind of personal development together.
And now, we are actually here.
There is something incredibly special about sharing an experience of learning and transformation with people who have been part of different chapters of your life: family, friendship, coaching, growth and possibility.
For the next few days, I’m not only the coach. I’m the student too. And I couldn’t be happier about that.
Here’s to staying curious, continuing to learn, and never believing that we are finished becoming who we can be. 💫
