The inclusive actions at last night were so thoughtful.

Then there was a whole section about inclusivity (not being a di****ad) and included a section on people struggling with mental health and how it can be really hard to show up sometimes and how events can be overwhelming. 🌿

If you've been following my page for a while then you know that weaving is my mindfulness process, I weave to unwind but also when something is on my mind that needs deep thinking.
I created a piece recently when I was really struggling with my anxiety and I needed to distress and it ended up being one of my favourite pieces because it cleared my head and felt like I was being calmed by an ancient process.
