Father's Day Breakfast and Colour Run consents close on Friday!
This Friday is the last day to place your Father's Day breakfast orders and submit consent for your child to participate in our Colour Run next week.

To place your family's orders for next week’s brekky you can log into your account at https://www.flexischools.com.au/ OR download, print and complete the order form in your Compass News Feed by Friday 28th August.

If you haven't already submitted permission in the Compass Event for your child to participate in the Colour Run please do so now. Consent is due by Friday 28th August and we would really love all our children to have the opportunity to be involved on this super fun family day.

Week 5 is officially a TRIPLE celebration at Joey's! 🌟 We’re diving into Catholic Schools Week, National Science Week, and National Bullying Prevention Week.

Around here, we celebrate our amazing faith-filled community every single day, but this week has some extra special highlights:

🗓️ The Week 5 Lineup:
✨ Tues: Year 4 heads to the 'Accendere' discipleship day!
✨ Tues–Fri: We welcome our Mission and School Review Teams.
✨ Wed AM: Parents, join us for a cuppa at our Community Café to meet the Review Team! ☕
✨ Thurs (2:15pm): Year 3 hosts their Pray and Play afternoon! 🙌
✨ All Week: Science quizzes, Narrated Masses at St Agnes' Parish Catholic Church, and a whole lot of focus on kindness, respect, and inclusion.

The 15th of August is the celebration of Assumption of Mary. This is a special day when we remember that, at the end of her life, Mary was taken body and soul into heaven to be with God. We celebrate this because Mary was the mother of Jesus and a wonderful example of saying “yes” to God. Today we celebrated through worship as a school community.

Father’s Day is just around the corner
Joey’s is very excited to be holding our Colour Run again this year together with our Father’s Day celebrations on Friday 4th September. It would be wonderful if everyone could join us and be a part of this great community event so please save the date. We require consent for your child to participate on the day. Kindergarten had a fantastic time celebrating 100 Days of School!
Our students enjoyed a range of fun activities, games, and creative challenges as they celebrated how much they learned and grew over the past 100 days. It was a day full of smiles, laughter, and wonderful memories.
