Friday 28th August is set to be a fantastic morning at Tacking Point Public School, with our Scholastic Book Fair AND Book Week Parade!
Scholastic Book Fair | 7.55am–8.55am
Families are invited to come along to the library with their children, browse the Book Fair and perhaps find a new favourite read, poster or some super cute stationery items! The fair will also be open at recess for students not able to attend before school.
Coffee Van | from 8.15am
Grab a coffee while you’re here and enjoy the morning with us.

Scholastic Book Fair Wish Lists are coming home this week!

This week, your child will be bringing home their Scholastic Book Fair Wish List. Keep an eye out for it in their school bag!

We’ve also included some helpful information explaining how our Book Fair works for any families who may be unsure or joining us for the first time.

We can’t wait to see you on Friday 28th August for a wonderful morning of books, costumes and fun at our Scholastic Book Fair and Book Week Parade!

We’re adding something extra delicious to our Book Week celebrations!
On Wednesday 26th August, students can enjoy a Hotdog & Popper Meal Deal for $7.
Pre-orders are essential and can be placed through the MySchoolConnect app.
Orders close 8pm Sunday 23rd August — don’t miss out!

We have a fantastic week planned at Tacking Point Public School to celebrate Book Week – 24th–28th August! From Pop Up Libraries and Where’s Wally, to a special canteen meal deal, our Scholastic Book Fair and, of course, the much-loved Book Week Parade (and coffee van) – there’s so much to look forward to!
