OurYoga is a Business I started 24 years ago in Sydney after completing the IYTA Dip Yoga in 1993. I now live in Port Macquarie and teach at Girl Guide Hall in Port, and Dunbogan Hall in Dunbogan. I teach HATHA & YIN Yoga Classes to assist my students to get the best out of there body,mind,life,relationships and health. I do not grade my classes as I teach my students to work within there own capacity at this time at this class.
