Connell Muay Thai Kids Kickboxing Womens Self Defense

Strong, technically correct, and a great night. Everyone stepped up and put on a show.
Kids Kickboxing were first up. Congratulations to Annabelle and Zoey who attained Blue patch. J worked hard on his Green and Rory smashed out Brown.
Senior Muay Thai - Matt and Michael took on their 1st grading easily. While Avena and E cleared Blue with solid performances.
And finally, leading the group, Maya starred in her Green patch.
We are very happy instructors tonight!

We took a trip up the highway to CD Martial Arts for the Vic BJMA Muay Thai Training Day.
Maya came along for the ride and joined in the training sessions with a variety of coaches. Kru Mark and I assisted with gradings.
It was a great day and a lot of support was shown for this newly established club.

Adult Muay Thai is back on this week.
Mondays and Wednesdays 7pm to 8pm.
Beginners welcome.

Welcome back Evan! What an eventful journey to Thailand to train and win your fight. So many stories to tell! What a trip. Congratulations on achieving your 2nd degree.

Well that's a wrap for 2025!
Our 40 years training together has kept us strong as a team, given us something to focus on and plenty of fun times along the way.

Really strong gradings tonight. Great confidence from Ethan and power and skill from Maya.
You have both shown terrific improvement due to your consistent training sessions.
