💙 A wonderful morning celebrating our Dads, Granddads and Carers!

Our Father’s Day Breakfast was a great way to start the day, followed by visit to our students’ classrooms. It was wonderful to see so many important people in our students’ lives joining us and sharing in their morning.

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the morning so special! 🥰

📚 What a HUGE Book Week! 📚

What a fantastic week we’ve had celebrating all things books! Our Book Week Parade this morning was a wonderful way to finish the week, and it was so lovely to see so many families joining us to support our students. 💕 The costumes were amazing!! Thankyou to Louise Miller-Frost MP for coming and sharing our event with us!👏

Throughout the week we’ve enjoyed performances in the gym, a special story read to Room 7 by Jayne Stinson MP (aka Princess Leia), and an incredible 289 craft creations made in our library at lunchtime!! 🎨📚

A huge THANK YOU to Anne, Jess and our wonderful staff for all their hard work, creativity and enthusiasm in making this another memorable Book Week at our school! 🌟

Happy SSO Week!

This week we celebrate and recognise our incredible Student Support Officers and the important role they play every day at Forbes Primary School.

Our SSOs bring patience, care, encouragement, flexibility and plenty of heart to their work. Whether they are supporting learning in the classroom, helping students regulate and reconnect, celebrating the small wins or simply being a trusted person when a student needs one, the difference they make is enormous.

We are incredibly grateful for everything our SSO team does to support our students, staff and wider school community.

Please join us in saying a huge THANK YOU to our wonderful SSOs!
