This morning, four of our Year 6 leaders proudly represented St Stephen’s at the Toowoomba Diocesan Project Compassion Launch at St Patrick’s Cathedral. They carried themselves with confidence and school spirit as they learned more about this year’s theme, “Unite Against Poverty." They were encouraged to return to St Stephen’s and share this powerful call to action with our school community, inspiring us all to stand together in hope and make a difference.

Twenty of our students dived in and gave it their all, proudly representing our school with determination, teamwork, and spirit. Their efforts in and out of the pool truly reflected our mission and values in action. We are so proud of each and every one of them.

Our Prep students enjoyed a very special visit to St Stephen’s Church, the heart of our parish. Guided by our Josephite values, the children explored this sacred space and experienced the warmth and welcome that makes our parish community so special.
Next week, our community will gather for a significant moment in our school year — our Whole School Opening & Year 6 Leadership Induction Mass. We can’t wait to celebrate as a whole school and commission our new leaders for the year ahead.
