We’re looking for donations to help us spoil the wonderful dads and father figures in our community! 💚💛

All donations will help us put together an amazing raffle for our Father’s Day event at Gainsborough state school next Thursday!

A huge thank you to everyone who shared their ideas for how we can invest our fundraising dollars back into our school and students. 🙌

We’ve received some fantastic suggestions, including:

🌿 Outdoor learning & yarning circles
🎨 Cultural artwork & sensory spaces
📚 Library resources & author visits
⚽ New outdoor play equipment
🍎 Supporting Breakfast Club
💻 Technology & classroom resources
🪑 Outdoor seating for families
❤️ Friendship & wellbeing initiatives
🎉 Special experiences for our students

Some ideas are already being investigated, some are being progressed through the school or grant opportunities, and others will take a little more planning.

We’re so grateful to our GSS families and community for sharing their ideas and helping us make sure the money raised by our P&C is invested where it can make the biggest difference. 💙
