What a magical day we had celebrating Christmas together! The children arrived in their festive best, looking absolutely adorable in their Christmas outfits. ❤️

They laughed and played through musical chairs, passed the parcel, and cracked their bonbons with joy. 🎶🎁💥 The excitement carried on into our special party lunch, where everyone shared delicious food and holiday cheer.

Some of our thoughtful little ones even brought gifts to exchange with their friends, spreading the true spirit of giving. 🎁💖

🎄✨ Personalised Elf Bookmarks! ✨🎄

Today, during our mat session, we read the festive story “Believe in Your Elf.” The children were so inspired by the book that they decided to create their own elves!

So we turned that excitement into a creative activity and made personalised elf bookmarks. The children loved making their elves, adding little details, and proudly copying their names onto their bookmarks.

🌟 Humpty Dumpty Fun! 🌟

Today, our little learners had a blast making their very own Humpty Dumpty. 🎨✨ With paint, bottle lids, recycled ribbon, papers and lots of imagination, the children brought the classic nursery rhyme to life.

Not only did they enjoy the craft, but they also practised reciting the Humpty Dumpty poem together 🥚📖. It was wonderful to see their confidence grow as they sang along and remembered the words.

Last week, our little pumpkins had a spook-tacular time celebrating Halloween! 🧡

✨ We got creative with Halloween crafts 🍬 Pretended to go trick-or-treating 🧛‍♀️ Dressed up in our favourite costumes 🧁 And even baked some delicious Halloween cupcakes!

It was such a joy to see the children’s excitement, imagination, and laughter fill the room.

The joy and excitement have been lighting up our day-care all week as our little stars prepared to celebrate Diwali at home! 🏠💫

🎨 From vibrant Diwali crafts to exploring our sensory bin filled with coloured rice, fresh flowers, and sparkling diyas — the children immersed themselves in the spirit of the Festival of Lights.

👗🕺 Some of them proudly wore their beautiful cultural outfits, adding even more colour and charm to our celebrations.

🧸🐨 Mama Koala's Love 🐨🧸

This week, our little learners have been discovering the world of koalas! Today, one of our pre-schoolers brought in a beautiful book called Mama and Hug, a touching story about a mama koala and her joey. During mat time, the children listened closely and shared heartfelt reflections on the love between a mother and her child.

They were especially moved by the part where Mama Koala bravely protected her baby during a bushfire—even getting hurt in the process. It sparked deep emotions and meaningful conversations about courage, care, and the strength of a mother’s love ❤️

To honour the story, our creative crew made adorable koala collages using recycled newspaper—turning empathy into art and learning into action 🌿🎨

Our little learners created a beautiful Kindness Chain filled with positive words, reminding us all how powerful kind thoughts can be.
We made delicious cupcakes 🍰, talked about different emotions, and practised how to check in with our friends and ourselves.

This week, our little ones were bursting with excitement as we celebrated the amazing dads in their lives! 🧡

👣 They poured their love into creating handprint heart cards—each one a tiny masterpiece full of hugs and high-fives. 🎨 Our budding artists also painted “Best Dad” wood crafts, proudly showing off their creativity and appreciation. 📖 And to top it all off, we enjoyed the delightful story “The Bear Went Over the Mountain”, sparking giggles and curiosity as we imagined the bear’s big adventure with his dad.

Today was bursting with imagination and storytelling as our little readers celebrated Book Week in style! The children arrived dressed in their favourite costumes, bringing beloved stories to life. One of our friends shared the timeless tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter, and we all gathered to read about his cheeky garden adventure—and the valuable lesson of listening to our parents! 🌿👂

One of our kids arrived dressed in his favourite dinosaur costume and brought along his beloved book all about the mighty T. rex. 📚💚

🌋 Volcano Fun 🌋

Today was explosive in the best way possible! Our little scientists had an absolute blast exploring the magic of volcanoes through a hands-on science experiment. 🧪✨

With wide eyes and excited giggles, they carefully added ingredients to our homemade volcano—then watched as it erupted with bubbly, colourful "lava"!

The joy on their faces was priceless. 😄❤️
