Here’s a little sneak peak of two activities from two of the Age 4 books. One of these activity books come with a storybook.
- Making a family recipe is a fun way for your child to feel connected to family culture and history as well as participating in everyday family routines.
- Making paper planes is a fun way for children to practice their fine motor skills and develop their spatial awareness of up and down.

A living framework for relational wellbeing.
We're excited to share an emerging integration of two powerful Indigenous-informed frameworks: the We Al-li 7Rs (Atkinson, 2002) and the Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Wheel (Gee et al., 2014).
The SEWB Wheel helps us understand the many domains that shape wellbeing, while the 7Rs: Respect, Responsibility, Rights, Reciprocity, Resonance, Relatedness and Resilience offer the relational principles that guide how we connect with each domain.
Together, they remind us that healing is not found in one part of ourselves, but through our relationships with self, family, community, Culture, Country, Ancestors and Spirit.
This is an evolving conversation, and we look forward to continuing to weave Indigenous ways of knowing, being and doing into trauma-integrated healing practice.
