Congratulations to Lola on her hard won Bronze medal after 3 matches at the Chuncheon Open yesterday. Lola was our only cadet competing and the lone Australian to medal. Her semi-final against Kazakhstan was at midnight and she was unlucky not to take the win. Thanks to Keane Lee for coaching and keeping her on track, the supporters here and back in Aus.

8 athletes 4 snrs/4 cadet/juniors over the 4 days of international competition with the Forza team bringing 4 Golds, 2 Silver and 3 Bronze. Special congratulations to Aaron Choy for winning a senior bronze medal in men’s -63kg. Great coaching and mentorship by Keane Lee to get Aaron onto the podium. Thanks to Eloise Aitken coaching to 2 Gold medals. As always thanks to the parents, and support.

Congrats to our small team of 5 at the Sydney Taekwondo Festival. Bringing 2 Golds 3 silver and 2 bronze. With special mention to Aayan, Logan and Oliver stepping into cadet divisions as minors. Well done.

At the ASMA comp on Sunday we brought 15 athletes and won 7 Gold, 6 Silver and 6 Bronze placing Forza in 4th place overall. Well done to everyone despite some questionable issues regarding the scoring system. Special mention to Zac for his 3 Gold medals in 3 different weight classes in his only ever 2nd competition. Thanks again to the coaches, families and support crew.

PPP Series II is done with our 7 athletes bringing 3 golds 2 silver and 1 bronze, with Snr Female -53kg having a 1,2 finish. Well done to everyone and thanks to the coaches, families and supporters.
