**๐ก๐ Have you (we) been doing life backwards? ๐๐ก**
We've been conditioned to believe that once we have something, we will be _______ (insert result: happy ๐, fulfilled ๐, content ๐งโโ๏ธ, at peace โฎ๏ธ, whatever).
**๐ฎ We wait for change to come to us, rather than using the power we have to create everything we've wanted forever. ๐ฎ**
As a society, we operate from the (faulty) paradigm of **HAVE, DO, BE.** โ
๐ผ๐ญ
The Have Do Be paradigm saysโฆ..
- When I *have* money ๐ฐ, I will *do* the things I want to do, and I will finally *be* fulfilled ๐
- When I *have* confidence and self-worth ๐ช, I will *do* things Iโve been putting off and *be* proud ๐
- When I *have* the time โฐ, I will *do* things that feed my soul and then Iโll *be* fulfilled ๐งโโ๏ธ
- When I *have* the ability to do the ninja yoga poses ๐งโโ๏ธ, I will *do* more vinyasa classes and more handstands on mountaintops on instagram, and then I will *be* happy. ๐
**๐ฅ Does that sound familiar? ๐ฅ**
I need to *have* this thing first (time, money, confidence, wellness) before I can *do* life and *be* happy.
**โ But this is backwards!! โ**
If we need to have something before we decide to BE anything, **no wonder we stay stuck!** No wonder we suffer and never feel like weโre being fulfilled.
Transformational leadership work introduced me to how successful, happy people liveโฆ. from the paradigm of:
**BE, DO, HAVE.** ๐ญ๐ผโ
First we ***be*** what we want (peaceful, loving, inspired, abundant, courageous, successful, or whatever), then we start ***doing*** things from this state of being โ and soon we discover that what weโre doing winds up bringing us the results weโve always wanted to ***have!!*** ๐ฅณ
**๐ญ Ask yourself:** who do I need to **BE**, to **DO** what I need to do so I can **HAVE** the results I want?
**๐ Do you hear the difference? ๐**
- When I am BEING open and courageous ๐ฆ, I DO things that scare me and HAVE incredible results ๐.
- When I am BEING brave and vulnerable ๐ฆ, I DO things like connect and lift others up and HAVE purpose ๐.
- When I am BEING trusting of myself ๐ค, I DO things that are in alignment with my desires and I HAVE freedom of choice ๐๏ธ.
- When I am BEING loving and connected ๐, I DO things that resonate with others and I HAVE community and self worth ๐ค.
**Who you are BEING in the world, in your family, even alone with yourself determines what you do and what you have.**
This is extremely powerful, and requires consistent practice to put in place. But itโs undeniable, **when you approach life from a place of BEING what you want to attract, doors open like never before.** ๐ช๐

**Did you know** your feet contain over 200,000 nerve endings? They're constantly sending feedback to your brain about balance and position.
But when we wear shoes all day, we lose some of that sensory connection.
๐ฟ Try this: Spend 5 minutes barefoot on grass or textured surfaces. Let your feet "wake up" and communicate with your brain.
๐ฌ When was the last time you went barefoot? How did it feel?
