I danced today! For the first time in 27 days I danced, and it felt so good! I made a little video if you want to see my progress about a month into recovery from heart surgery.

Lauren's surgery went really well, she's still on a lot of medications but hopefully out of hospital in a few days.

Hi folks!
Some of you will remember that Lauren has been on a waiting list for 💔heart surgery🩺 and it's finally here! After a last minute change of plans with the hospital Lauren will be going in this Friday 😱
This means that this Thursday will be our last session for a little while as the ❤️🩹recovery period can be anywhere up to 3 months.
Lauren is super excited to share with you her specially curated 💚Heart Playlist💚 this week as a final send off because humour and musical expression are her favourite methods of coping with scary things😎
