Flower Crocs

The children had a wonderful time creating their own “flower Crocs” by decorating their crocs with freshly picked petals and blooms. This activity encouraged creativity, imagination, and a connection with nature as they explored different colours and textures. They proudly showed off their designs in a little “fashion show,” even trying to walk carefully while keeping their flowers in place. It was a joyful and engaging experience that combined art, movement, and outdoor play, leaving the children excited and proud of their creations.

St.Patrick's Day activities.

We love checking our apple tree each day! 🍎 Today, we turned that interest into a fun activity by making a craft apple tree and reading a story about apple trees together.

Dinosaur ice eggs

Our little friends were excited to discover tiny dinosaurs trapped inside the frozen ice eggs, It's a popular, engaging sensory science activity.
With curious eyes and determined hands, they carefully used tools to chip, tap, and explore the icy surface. As the ice slowly melted, their patience and problem-solving skills shone through. This sensory activity encouraged teamwork, fine motor development, and a wonderful sense of achievement as each little dinosaur was finally set free.

This week we celebrated two very special little stars at daycare! 🎉
Happy 1st Birthday to our sweet Miss S, who has filled our days with precious smiles and the cutest giggles.
And happy 2nd Birthday to our wonderful Mr F, who brings so much energy, curiosity, and joy to everyone around them.
We are so lucky to watch you both grow, learn, and shine each day. Here’s to lots of fun, laughter, and happy memories ahead! 🎂✨

A Proud Goodbye and a Bright Hello

Today we say goodbye to our beautiful children as they graduate from daycare and begin their journey to school. Watching them grow from tiny hands into confident, caring, and curious little people has been an absolute joy. They will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we are so proud of the amazing children they have become. We wish them endless happiness, courage, and success as they step into this exciting new chapter.

Painting on Mirrors

The children explored painting on mirrors, enjoying the chance to see their reflections as they painted. This activity supported creativity and self-awareness while strengthening fine motor skills through brush movements. The mirrors added excitement and curiosity, encouraging the children to experiment with colours, textures, and facial expressions as they worked.
