We loved celebrating Father’s Day with our school community this morning. Our pre-primary students shone as they shared stories about their dads, and families enjoyed a delicious breakfast featuring spinach and ricotta pastry puffs made with spinach grown in our very own St Gerard’s Vegetable Garden!! 🌱
A special morning filled with smiles, stories and community spirit 🩵

We look forward to welcoming all fathers and father figures tomorrow morning 💙🩵

We are so excited for Mercy Day next week!
We will be structuring the day differently this year and will be cashless on the day. When purchasing your stamp card, please ensure you write the CHILD’S NAME on the stamp card for your child to use, not the parent name. You will also need to purchase a stamp card for any children who are not school age and visiting the fete with family.

Please note that Mercy Day is also on a Kindy Day this year. For safety, the Kindy children will be required to be signed out by parents from the classroom to come to the Fete.

Today, our school community displayed imagination, creativity, and a love of reading as we celebrated our Book Week Dress-Up Parade. Inspired by this year's Children's Book Week theme, "Symphony of Stories", students proudly showcased a wonderful array of costumes representing their favourite book characters, demonstrating the joy that books bring to our lives. The parade was a fantastic celebration of storytelling and the many characters, adventures, and worlds that can be discovered through reading.

Everyone was in fits of laughter as the staff displayed an outstanding performance, delighting students with a lively re-enactment of “Punk Farm” by Jerrett J. Krosoczka. Today was a wonderful celebration of books and storytelling, something that shapes our sense of belonging, imagination and culture.
