As a migrant professional myself, I know that the journey from a "survival job" back into a specialised professional role takes more than just hard work. It requires a strategic reframing of our international expertise into an Australian narrative.
It was a privilege to facilitate this workshop and help others bridge that gap and reclaim their professional identity. This is exactly why I founded LXD Studio.

It is official: LXD Studio is live. 🚀
Most people launch a business with a champagne toast. I am celebrating with a fresh stack of research on cognitive load and a very large coffee.
I have always been a bit of an OG Nerd. While others were specialising in one lane, I was busy collecting experiences in Healthcare, Accounting, Migration Law, and Leadership and Management. Why? Because I am obsessed with the “how.” I love the science of how our brains actually absorb and keep complex information.
I started LXD Studio to bridge the gap between heavy organisational strategy and the practical reality of the learner.
What we actually do:
We take your most technical, high-stakes, or “dry as a biscuit” content and transform it into training that actually lands. But we do not just stop at the “build.”
