Today is R U OK? Day, a day that reminds us of the importance of checking in with each other and starting conversations that can make a real difference.

To kick off the conversation, we invited our SIS staff and students to share some CUPCAKES 🧁
Sometimes a yarn over something sweet can be the start of feeling supported and heard.

If you are finding today or any day to be difficult, please know support is always available* 💛
