What a way to finish the year! 🎓
Our adult students came together to celebrate graduation and the end of another big year at Phoenix Academy.
It was a chance to recognise all their hard work, celebrate friendships formed in the classroom, and look ahead to new chapters in study, work, and life in Australia
We are incredibly proud of everything our students have achieved. Not only in their language skills, but also in their confidence, independence and real-world communication.
Congratulations to all our graduates and continuing students. Thank you for being such an important part of the Phoenix Academy community. đź’›

Sweet endings to a big year for our Junior Students! 🎄✨
To celebrate the end of term, our juniors spent the day:
🏠Building (and eating!) their own gingerbread houses
🎶 Singing Christmas carols together
🌞 And laughing their way through the Aussie version of “Jingle Bells”
It was the perfect mix of festive fun and celebrating friendships!
We’re so proud of everything our Junior Students have achieved this year and loved finishing on such a joyful, very Aussie note. 💛

A big thank you to International Education Association of Australia (IEAA) Young Professionals for welcoming two of our Phoenix Academy students to their recent trivia night and networking event 🙌
Our students had the chance to:
✨ Connect with professionals in international education.
✨ Build confidence in real-world networking settings.
✨ Experience the industry that supports their study journey
At Phoenix Academy, we’re passionate about creating authentic, tailored, real-world learning opportunities, inside and outside the classroom.
Experiences like this help us design assessments that are more relevant, practical and enjoyable, so students can link what they learn to real people, real conversations, and real futures.
We’re proud to be members of IEAA and grateful for partnerships that help our students thrive. 🌏

Real classrooms. Real connections. Real confidence.
Our visiting students spent the day at a local high school with a buddy by their side. They joined lessons, moved between subjects, and practised English in everyday situations. That mix of language, culture, and friendship builds confidence and helps students feel ready for new experiences.
Thank you to our partner school Aranmore Catholic College and the student buddies for the support and care shown throughout the day. These small moments make a study tour memorable!

Designed to meet your goals, every Phoenix Study Tour is built around clear outcomes. Groups can focus on a combination of areas, including English, STEM, and Leadership. We can also build in industry site visits or engaging campus experiences with partner schools and universities.
Excursions step beyond just the Perth CBD, so learning stays real and memorable, from Swan Valley and Caversham Wildlife Park to Rottnest Island and the Pinnacles Desert.
Programs are available for all ages and tailored to your time frame, skill levels, and aims. Tell us what success looks like for your group, and we will shape a study tour that delivers!

Phoenix Study Tours feel different because they go well beyond the classroom.
Students meet new friends, experience everyday Australian life, and see the beauty of Western Australia with their own eyes. The real change often happens in the quiet moments between activities. Confidence grows, English comes more naturally, and their comfort zones slowly stretch.
From young learners through to adult students, each group experiences a supportive routine on campus. paired with a variety of excursions. City walks that end at the river at sunset, Rottnest Island days that become stories they can tell for years. The goal is simple. Learn well, feel welcome, and go home with a wider view of the world.

Thank you to every student who joined our High School Holiday Program in July and August. Classrooms were full of energy, and our weekly full-day excursions took in Perth’s best, including days with Australian native animals and time in nature. It was a wonderful mix of learning, friendship, and adventure.
Good news for families planning ahead. The program returns in 2026 from January to March. Students will:
🔸 Learn alongside international classmates at Phoenix
🔸 Enjoy a dedicated under-18 area to relax, socialise, and feel at home on campus
🔸 Join weekly full-day excursions to explore Perth’s landmarks and green spaces
🔸 Stay with caring local host families in homestay accommodation
If you would like details on dates, pricing, and enrolment steps, send us a message or email [email protected]. One of the team will be happy to help you plan the perfect visit!

Welcoming our Japanese High School Study Tour was a joy. Thirty six students joined us for a STEM and English program designed to build confidence in the classroom and connection in the community. They visited a local high school, met Australian students, joined classes, and shared lunch together. On campus they collaborated with students from our High School Program and discovered how much they can learn from connecting with people from other cultures and backgrounds.
The tour explored higher education with visits to The University of Western Australia, Curtin University, Murdoch University, and Edith Cowan University (ECU), plus a STEM Conference and a hands on workshop at Scitech. After class, homestay life opened the door to everyday Australian culture, and excursions took them to Kings Park, Fremantle, the Museum, a city tour, Caversham Wildlife Park, and the Margaret River Chocolate Company.
This immersive program blended English, STEM, and real-world experience so students could see a pathway into Australian education while making friends along the way.
A big thank you to our partner schools, universities, host families, and everyone who helped create a safe, welcoming experience. This is what learning with care looks like.

Meet Firmin, one of our students from Réunion Island. For two years in a row, he chose to spend his school holidays at Phoenix Academy, making friends, improving his English, and experiencing Perth life.
When he returned home, Firmin sent us a message full of gratitude. He shared how much he enjoyed his classes and how Special Focus quickly became his favourite part of the course. From games and quizzes to the Conversation Club with our local community, he was able to practice his English in a fun, relaxed, and social setting.
At Phoenix, we know that learning is about more than textbooks. That’s why our Special Focus classes give students the chance to grow in areas like conversation, vocabulary, pronunciation, and understanding Australian life. These classes help our students feel confident, connected, and ready to use their English beyond the classroom.
Firmin’s story is just one example of what makes Phoenix special. Here, learning English is about making memories, building friendships, and being supported every step of the way.
