The CPD myth keeping veterinary professionals stuck. 🤫

There’s this idea floating around in our profession that CPD has to be a big, scheduled, dedicated block of time.

A conference. A full-day workshop. A weekend away from the clinic. Or from home.

And because that feels impossible to organise most weeks - we put it off. And put it off. And suddenly it’s been six months and the guilt is real. 😬

But here’s the truth: the vets and nurses who stay on top of their CPD aren’t doing more than you. They’re just not waiting for the perfect window that never comes.

CPD doesn’t have to be a big deal. It can be small, bite-sized pieces done consistently - and when you have the right system around it, the whole thing just works. 🙌

No guilt. No scrambling. No last-minute panic.
